All purchases made through AiAdMaker are final and non-refundable. We do not offer refunds for any subscriptions, in-app purchases, or services rendered. By making a payment, you acknowledge that you have read and understood this refund policy and agree to abide by it.
2. Exceptional Cases
In exceptional circumstances, such as accidental duplicate transactions or technical issues resulting in non-delivery of services, users may contact our support team for review. We may issue refunds on a case-by-case basis at our sole discretion. However, we are under no obligation to grant a refund under any specific circumstances.
3. Subscription Management
It is the user's responsibility to cancel their subscription before the next billing cycle if they do not wish to continue. We are not responsible for forgotten renewals, and charges will not be refunded once processed.
4. Fraudulent Charges
If you believe your account was charged fraudulently, please contact us immediately. We will investigate and, if necessary, block your account to prevent further unauthorized activity.
